If you order something that’s on sale online, don’t expect to get the correct size. You can’t speak with anyone directly. It’s all done through email correspondence and they never read your email. All they do is send the same standard return policy in their response. Even when you specifically explain the situation. I ordered a medium in a hoodie when it was on sale. They sent me a small so I had already done the return process, expecting them to just exchange the item for the correct size because the screw up was on their end, not mine. I emailed them at least 3 times and each time was the same response. I had to reorder the hoodie at the original price. The only reason why I even ordered it again was because that was one of the few things my son asked for for Christmas. Their customer service sucks!
