Beware of this place! Their wonderful warranties mean NOTHING. After saving for so long and going in debt for a nice heavy duty living room suit we bought one here, a huge sectional... $2,700.00 with a 3 yr warranty on the construction and 10 yr warranty on the fabric. It started falling apart after a few months, cushions ripped, the arm caved in, the springs broke and came thru, the back support boards broke causing it to collapse. During all of this I called, complained, begged, went in and talk to managers,even talked to the owner in the lexington branch...they refused to do anything or honor the warranty. They tried making us feel like it was our fault. Upon moving it out crushed press wood fell everywhere, we opened the bottom to see it was framed with nothing but thin presswood. A crying shame. Shame on you people for doing good people so dirty. I will advise everyone I know to never buy from you.
Great prices, great people, great selection. I got a great couch and love seat and will definitely in the future be buying my mattress there. Great staff, delivery went as smooth as possible, they were fast and informative! I would recommend anybody furniture shopping to stop in there!
Worst customer service in my life! I would rate them less than a one star if possible. The sales associates are rude and not helpful. I ordered one couch and it arrived 4 days late. Then they told me my couch was not there because it had been returned to layaway to a different store. I had to take the couch on the sales floor. If that was the case, I could have taken that couch on day one! Then they did not offer any assistance moving the couch or take any discounts after their mistakes. I will not be returning here again. Save your time and money. You've been warned of the headache.
