Very nice and clean Kroger. Super Kroger so has more than food such as clothes and toys.
Best store in Richmond by far! Always someone to help you with a smile. I was recently upset because they quit selling my favorite product. I sent an email telling them my problem with this. The VERY NEXT DAY I received an email back from the store manager saying he had solved the problem and it would be in the store by Saturday! This is one of the many reasons I shop and will continue to shop at Kroger! Great job Richmond Kroger!
I love this Kroger. It is quite busy and sometimes items aren't stocked because they are busy. It's clean and has a lot of options. My favorite way to shop is to stop by the Starbucks located inside and then meander.
The scented and perfumed plastic bags are terrible as they make the food smell and taste bad. It is also bad for folks with allergies or asthma to have to handle them. We had to throw away our cilantro and some fruit that was tainted - it is so unnecessary for the bags to be scented and when I mentioned it to a take out cashier they said - we don't have scented bags!!
The new arrangement of the Richmond,KY store is illogical and annoying as well. I am a loyal Kroger shopper for 30 + years and am contemplating other grocery choices!
Recently renovated. Offers a wide selection of fresh meats, produce, and baked goods. I am a huge fan of their in-house bakery and meat departments. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the aisles provide plenty of room for movement. Prices are in-line or even below those of competitors quite frequently.
