I was traveling from Indiana to Florida on a vacation with my family. On the way, I developed an EXTREME ear infection. The last thing I wanted to do on our vacation was go to an urgent care. But even tho our vacation took a small unexpected turn, I'm glad it was a pleasant experience. The staff was over the top friendly, my doctor was amazing. She was caring and understanding. She watched me bawl my eyes out and showed sympathy. I'm so glad I stopped here to get help!

I waited an hour and a half after being greeted by rude staff to be met by a useless doctor who argued with me the entire time, telling me she couldn't help the underlying cause of my problem. All she could do was treat the temporary symptoms. That's like giving someone cough medicine because they're coughing violently, instead of looking into it to find out that they have pneumonia and need medicine for that underlying issue. I will never go to this place again.
