Been coming here for 3 or 4 weeks and the same machines are broke ... attendant gave me office phone number but said it won't do any good????? Guess I will find somewhere else to go
Downside? There are only three large washers for comforters/blankets. I don't mind waiting for the washer every once in a while.
First time here and only using it for a while until my washer dryer got delivered. HORRIBLE PLACE. Got accused of wanting a free quarter on the washing machine, then got told it wasn't 25 cents for 6 minutes. Asked about it and got harrassed and called 'petty' for asking for the main office number. Not reccommending it to anyone. Would just as soon wash my clothes in a bathtub then deal with this place or company again.
The attendant on Sunday very rude would not recommend this facility
I drive more than 35 minutes to use this facility because it's always clean, miss Charlotte is incredibly friendly and helpful and I feel safe doing laundry here by myself.
it's okay but the worker is very pushy and will insist on putting your soap into the washer as though we couldn't possibly know how to do our own laundry. then she hovers which is very annoying. the only big machines they have only take cards so be sure to bring yours
Friday's and weekends are busy, so I tend to come right after the doors open on those days.
