I went in for lunch and was the only one in the restaurant. The music was extremely loud and they were playing a song that repeatedly shouted the F word. I won't be back.

Horrible experience. Jerry or Geri the manager on duty made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions and ordering something for my 8 yr old son. Also I was given a military discount the day before and then today it magically doesn't exist. I am so angry about this horrible experience. I love Jimmy John's and eat there a couple times a week. This was ridiculous!!!!! No personality or anything. Just a dead face talking to me. I hope you aren't employed there long. The sad part is that I was the only customer there. Wonder why.
