I love the selection of items that you can get- they have products for nearly (if not all) pets available! However, I had a poor experience purchasing Red Claw Crabs because I took them home only to notice they had parasites, and unfortunately died near after even after treatment. And there was a second incident where I was looking to purchase a baby ball python, but the poor thing had curled around one of its thermometers and must've gone unnoticed for a long time because the strong adhesive was ripping its skin off! They told me it would have an immedeate vet visit, but I haven't seen it since then... :(
