While on vacation, I stopped in town and my car wouldn't start again that evening. Meineke was the first place that opened in the morning, so I had my car towed there. I needed a quick fix, since I had work later that day, back home four hours away. I was very impressed with the service. They immediately looked at my car, found the problem quickly, and had me ready to go in no time. They even identified a few other things that needed to be fixed, but didn't pressure me to get them done at the time - instead they wrote down reasonable prices, so I wouldn't get ripped off back home. Having a breakdown while traveling is stressful, but the people at Meineke were very helpful, and made the repair process quick and affordable. Thanks!
Don and his staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, his pricing was very competitive and fair, and my vehicle was repaired quickly and accurately. all in all it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Meineke to my friends and family.
I was very impressed and satisfied with the service, and the treatment I received from Don and his crew of technicians. I came in to make a simple tire purchase, and Don was very helpful in matching the right tires for type of vehicle I have, and the driving conditions I subject my vehicle to. During the installation of my new tires, the technician found a safety issue in my brake system that I was unaware of, and gave me several options on repair parts and prices to meet my budget. I would like to thank Don and his knowledgeable staff for finding the issue with my vehicle and getting it repaired in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. I will most definitely be referring the services of Meineke of Richmond to my family and friends.
The one in Richmond, ky has always been so overpriced! I recently got a coupon in the mail for an oil change for $9.95, so I went to get my oil changed. They refused to honor my coupon because THEY SAID my car required a full synthetic oil change but they would take $9.95 off and do it for a whopping $54.99. Of course I declined. After leaving there I called Valvoline who looked my car up also directly from the manufacturer and a conventional oil change was just fine for my car. I went to Valvoline instant oil change where I received 5 quarts of oil, all my lights were checked, fluid topped off, air in tires and was done in $15 minutes and only paid $24.99 WITHOUT a coupon. Shame on the place for being a rip off!!
