I shopped at the Richmond store. John Settles found a model that met our wishes and was within our budget quickly and efficiently. They hauled away our prehistoric heeeaaavvvvyyy television. Tv was set up and explained by two nice delivery/set up guys. The delivery guys offered possible solutions for our surround sound system. Good experience. I will shop there again.
