Hotel is brand new but not well designed or thought out. Major flaws in common sense stuff. Our room was supposed to be a king with a sofa bed. When we unfoldef the sofa bed it landed on top of the end of our bed. The room was 3 feet shorer than needed to house both the bed and a fold out couch. We ended up having to move the couch, 2 tables, an ottoman and a desk thingy to be able to unfold the couch and still have 18inches to walk to the other side of our bed. Our bed was supposed to be a King but all the rooms apparently have queens instead, (the kings didn't fit.) We would have been better reserving a double queen but we wanted a king size bed. The shower is way too big, with 5 feet between the shower head on one wall and the temperature handle on the opposite wall. A non-movable plate glass wall that only covers half the shower with no closable door. Water was everywhere. No foot/sit thing in the shower, no hooks or way to hang a wet wash clothing in the shower. Giants wall space in bathroom but only one hook to hang bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. Toilet paper holder breaking off the cabinet. No vent in bathroom. Ceiling cracking and separating from wall. The floors in the entire room were spongy and transferred sound like crazy. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was great and convenient. Breakfast was standard. However there's so many negatives and annoying common sense stuff missing that I'm not sure I'd ever stay again. Employee acknowledged that they'd received all these complaints before but shoulder shrug.
Brand new and amazing. Stayed here over eclipse weekend. Great hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy spacious rooms. We got the double suite and it was perfect for our two small families. The kitchen is stocked w equipment and well laid out. The breakfast is yummy. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby. The fire pit and pool are perfect onsite getaways. Close to everything but far enough back that you are removed from the commotion. Will be back and next time I'm using those grills!
Very clean and easy to access. Has a lot to offer. Has good sized fotness center and pool and has a very varied breakfast with good healthy options. Has fire pits and grills. Rooms are very nice and came with full fridge and equipment. Glad I stayed here. Very impressed.
Super clean rooms, all amenities are outstanding! Great free breakfast. Would definitely stay at this one again.
Great place and wonderful staff. Do have a comment for the ones with pictures attached. All new places are still gonna a have few kinks when they open up. So other than scaffold or pool being fixed how was the stay? Did you have clean room, get treated approiately or have a great choice in breakfast selection?
