Easy and very convenient! The facility was clean and well-maintained, along with 24 hour accessibility(which is always a plus)! The lady on-site is very helpful and kind. Being allowed to bring your dog to work is awesome(very lovely and friendly)!! Online payment, student/military/senior discounts, would definitely recommend this storage to everyone! Thanks for a nice experience, will be back if needed. Parents loved that it was close to campus.
Neat and clean
The owner/operator is super friendly and is always helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. The layered security with the fence security gives piece of mind. The lanes are easy to navigate with a large truck or trailer, and the gate is automated making all hour access super easy.
It was easy enough to use, but we only used the space for about 2 months, and a few of our boxes got completely soaked. They were boxes full of books I'd had since I was a kid (some were even from my mom's childhood) - moldy and ruined. We received zero compensation for the damaged items. Very disappointed. I also don't understand why they don't save themselves time and postage costs by offering paperless online billing, instead of mailing an invoice with an envelope every month. That's just wasteful.
Staff was very nice and set me up with a locker. Good price and offers military discount for serving members.
