First, when we requested a quote from them, they gave us a business card with a date and time, but they didn't show up. They said that was the time they were unavailable, who gives out a card with a date and time of unavailability?
I used to work down the street. She would be very RUDE to us over the phone. This is not an acceptable way to treat others. If you own a business you should treat everyone as if they are potential customers. Very poor PR if you ask me.
Wish I could go lower. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
And last, but not least, they took the packing blankets the we owned and kept them. When questioned we were told that they would check and call back. Never heard from them again. So they are crooks, and if there is a dispute they will not get back with you.
I work there so it's probably as good as it can be considering the staff talent pool.
Second, after the quote, we set a date for them to come and do the move, they once again did not show up. They said that we were not on the schedule. They did however put us on for that day because we needed to be moved by the next day.
