Will use again if I ABSOLUTELY need to go somewhere. I guess that gives them wiggle room to be unprofessional--no competition.
Called at 1102pm. They said"be there in 20 minutes
Terrible service. Took over an hour for them to get here when I was told 30 wait time over the phone. Do not recommend

Cab arrived in a timely manner. Price was fair ($20) for the distance we needed to go. However, the driver's name was Amber and she was highly unprofessional. She ran an obvious red light (and said something like "don't worry, it's orange!"), drove like a maniac, and talked about highly inappropriate content on the drive. She was also texting and using her phone quite a bit while driving, which made me a bit nervous with her "style" of driving.
He showed up at 1153pm
If I could give this company a worse score on this review I would. Driver shows up 10 minutes late ( not the reason for the poor review) and the van smells strongly of cigarettes.
When we arrive at our destination the driver tells us the fare ($6) and I hand him my card. He explains that their card machine has been down since yesterday and that they may not be able to run the card. We try several times with no success. He then says he will need to take my to the atm to withdraw money. At this point im fairly upset because I am now running late to a rehearsal before a gig. I tell the driver that I dont have time to go to an atm. I explain he has my card number and Info and that they can just run it when the machine is up. He agrees and we part ways. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER THE POLICE ARRIVE AT MY GIG. This cab service call the police on me because their card machine wouldnt work and they couldnt immediately get their $6 dollars.
Wouldn't have cared if I wasn't trying to celebrate my birthday meeting friends at the end of the night for a couple. But dang I can't wait for Uber to run them out of town.
Cab was 30 minutes late. Asked to stop at a drive-thru ALREADY en route the our destination but still charged us $6 dollars to "stop" there. Also charged us an extra $5 for less than 30 seconds spent in the drive-thru and an added fee of $6 dollars for the quick 1 minute drive after the drive-thru. Payed with a card which was the only form of payment I had. Their card machine was down so they threatened to call the police on me for not having another form of payment when they didn't even warn me that their card reader was down beforehand. Luckily I had a friend close enough to come bail me out with $17(which is OUTRAGEOUS FOR A TOTAL 5 MINUTE DRIVE IN SUCH A SMALL TOWN). Will never use them again. 10/10 would not recommend. Would rate 0 if I could.
Tl;dr. Their card machine went down and I didnt have cash. They called the cops on me for a $6 cab fare at my place of business.
