I rated Jack Burford 8/30/2017 by the way I was treated by one person instead of how I am treated by the business itself. After writing the review, I had the luck of speaking with a wonderful person "Stephanie" who has the owner's best interest at heart! She made sure that my car was definitely taken care of. She alerted the owner who also assured that my car was taken care of as well. Going as far as to contact GM to see if any other vehicles were experiencing the same issue as mine. And sure enough there were. Thank you for going the extra mile to assure that we were taken care of Stephanie! You definitely win the customer service award from us. The owner is very lucky to have you in his corner. I hope that the service continues to flow from your hands to the service manager's ears and mouth. You are a great influence of customer service. Ricky as always was very helpful assuring we got in and out and even called to assure that my light did not come back on later that day. John is very lucky to have you both on his team! Best car buying experience I have ever had. Worked James over the phone to purchase my 2017 Corvette. Gave me a quote over the phone and sent me the quote in writing. Flew out a week latter and picked up my car. On arrival at LEX their was a driver waiting to take me to the dealership. Completed paperwork with Josh and was on my way shortly their after. Then James called me the following day to see how my drive back to Virginia was. Awesome group of guys at the dealership.. Top notch...
Came looking for a good, dependable used car at an affordable price after searching elsewhere for over two weeks. Was greeted courtesly and treated with much respect. Ricky is the Service Department is absolutely wonderful. I can always trust him with my automobiles. I also met the owner, I think Ricky said his name was John? But he was giving them a hand in the service department. Great staff! The Cashier/Bookkeeper was also excellent.
