My wife and I purchased a used pontoon from journey. The whole experience was great,Gary and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. After getting the boat on the water an unforseen issue arose leaving the boat in unusable condition. I figured since it was a 10 year old boat and since we signed an as is agreement it would be on us to repair. I called Gary up and told him the issue,to my surprise they went above and beyond to correct the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from them. When I'm in the market for another boat or used vehicle they will be my first stop. Many other dealerships should strive to have the level of customer service that Journey has. A++++++ dealer
