service is quite iffy and communication with customers is poor
The store itself is very large and has a great selection of all kinds of vehicles, accessories, clothing, etc., but what really makes this one of the best dealerships I've ever been to is the staff. They are always willing and able to help customers and have great information on all of their products. The sales staff is especially helpful giving extraordinary service and always going above and beyond for the customer. Definitely one of the best motor sports dealers around.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. I thought I had an issue with my 2004 Honda Shadow and took it in to get worked on. The Service department took the time to go over the bike for me and I was on my way. It's a pleasure to know that we have such a great business available. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation and given me something I didn't need. Thank you so much! Was approved for loan and sale person did not want to deal with me or my wife. We arrived at 5:00 and he told us not to be coming in that late wanting service. I work full time and can't get in any earlier. But thanks I will take my business elsewhere.
